I absolutely loved the elegant and charming decor of the hotel. The beautiful furnishings and tasteful artwork added a touch of sophistication to the general areas. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with well-lit hallways and conveniently placed handrails for support. The children working there were always ready to assist me, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would have appreciated a more diverse range of activities suitable for senior people.

Brand new facilities that were absolutely mind-blowing, just like the pictures. The two car park spaces in the barrier carpark were super convenient. The hot water supply was abundant, making for a comfortably refreshing stay. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Fresh towels were provided, adding a nice touch. All rooms had a good range of furniture, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was jaw-droppingly GREAT, with easy access to the city centre and railway station. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of crockery and glasses, perfect for cooking and entertaining. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it!

Great Location: the hotel was conveniently located within easy walking distance to the city center, making it ideal for exploring the area. We also appreciated the fact that there was free parking available in a barrier car park, saving us the hassle of finding a spot.
There were a few maintenance issues, such as a missing floorboard in one of the bedrooms, dirty lampshades, and non-functional light bulbs. we encountered a few inconveniences like a missing dining table chair and the absence of an iron.

Hidden Gem Within Central Chester - Great Location was the perfect place for our vacation with friends. The location was amazing, making it easy to get everywhere. The hosts were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The size of the beds was great and everything was clean. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
In one specific situation, we found that the building hallways were a bit dirty due to pigeons. However, this didn't negatively affect our stay.

The apartment with a terrace and city views was absolutely stunning! The city views from the terrace were breathtaking, and I couldn't help but sit out there with a cup of coffee every morning. The apartment itself was spacious and had a cozy living room where I could unwind after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was perfect for a group stay or a large family gathering. it was a perfect home away from home.
Personally, I found the sofa in the apartment a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others might still find it cozy.
